STC PHOTOS CONTRACT

Below are the terms and conditions. The photographer, videographer, editor and anyone under the STCPhotos management give the clients the terms and conditions before each and all sessions to protect you and STCPhotos.

Please read.

1.     Copyright

a.   After every session, STC has full right of any and all photos even after delivery to client. Therefore, STC has right to post and share the client’s photos via website, social media, flyers, and any posts of any kind. 

b.   A “preview delivery will be sent to the client consisting of a

Watermark. Once full payment has been sent, received and notified. A

second, with all the photos (depending on package selected) will have NO watermark concluding the delivery. Concluding business consists of the full delivery of photos without the watermark, following with a survey by SurveyMonkey. The survey is not required by appreciated

2.     Ownership/Display

a. All work is owned and rightful to STCPhotos.

3.   Before any and all session begin, a consent form will have to be completed via the website www.stcphotos.com to continue communication and business with the client. This is done to save you and STC from any tangles with social media, website posts, and shares. Once the completion of consent form you are agreeing to

1.    Giving ownership to STC of all videos, and/or photos taken at the event by STCPhotos.

2.   Agreeing to payment agreements with a 50% down payment prior to event

3.   Payment to be fulfilled in full no later than 1 month before the event.

4.   All photos, videos are green lighted for posts on any and all social media platforms such as but not limited to (Instagram, Facebook,

TikTok, YouTube, etc.) 

5.     Payment 

a.   A non-refundable 50% down payment of all sessions is required prior to booking date.

b.   Refunds are at the discretion of myself and my team depending on severity of the situation surrounding the refund.

c.   Understanding the terms and conditions within this contract are provided before the session in a digital or paper form.

d.   If any more photos, locations, time, and clothing changes are requested outside the package agreement, an additional charge fee will be added to invoice.

e.   Photos will remain in STC ownership with watermark until payment is received. 

6.     Cancelation fees

a.   If any member of STC cancels at any time before the event (ex. 1 month before event. 1 hr. before event) a 20% refund will be issued meaning any and all fund STC has taken from the client prior of the event.

b.   If a member of STC feels unsafe or threatened by clients or other force from others (weather, people, time of day, etc.) the member has full right to cancel event or leave event.

c.   A discussion with client and STC will be held for further understanding and discuss a price for the unfortunate event that unfolded.

d.   If a client cancels on STC prior to the event time. (reference 5b for exceptions), if the client reschedules within a respectable timeline (under 3 months) a down payment will not be reissued. 

7.     Files

a.   All files belong to STC meaning edited and unedited footage, the unedited footage will remain in STC possession (6 months).

b.   If client requests RAW files an additional payment will be required.

c.   STC will hold all files taken on the event day for up to 6 months, STC may or may not keep the files due to storage capacity limitations after that time frame.

d.   Should a file in STC possession under 6 months (unedited, edited) be lost, corrupted, damaged for any reason, STC will issue a refund (due for discussion on the value of item.)

8.     Professionalism 

a.   Any member of STC will be professional and will do anything to make the client feel safe, happy and be given the best quality within a respectable timeline to ensure the client is happy in all aspects. 

b.   For sessions, the member of STC will not discourage other photographs and video to be taken unless told otherwise. 

c.   Food is not required for members of STC, as all members will have packed food. If client wishes for STC members to eat that would be appreciated. 

9.   Damage to equipment/person/structures/items etc. 

a.   Any directions issued from clients, their guests or employees during the shoot are deemed to be at said persons’ own risk.

10. Delivery 

a.   After analyzing the content, STC will reach out to the client about the estimated timeline of delivery. Every project is different, and timelines will be discussed with client on a respectable delivery.
